Event Planner Agreement

To register as an Event Planner on INEEDAVENDOR.COM™, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to offer event planning services in the United States. By completing the Event Planner Sign-Up form, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, truthful, and complete.

INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ reserves the right to approve or reject any event planner application at its sole discretion. Approval is not guaranteed and may be subject to review of your professional background, experience, and compliance with our standards.

As an Event Planner on the Platform, you represent that you possess the skills, experience, and qualifications necessary to provide professional event planning services. You agree to accurately represent your experience, specializations, and service offerings in your listing.

You are solely responsible for the quality and delivery of your event planning services. INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ does not verify qualifications or certifications and makes no representations regarding the quality of any event planner's services.

You agree to maintain accurate, current, and complete information in your event planner profile at all times, including your name, contact information, service areas, specializations, and any other details displayed on the Platform.

Misrepresentation of your qualifications, experience, or services may result in immediate removal from the Platform and potential legal liability.

Event Planners agree to conduct themselves with the highest level of professionalism in all interactions with clients, vendors, and other platform users. You agree not to engage in deceptive or fraudulent practices; make false claims about your services or experience; discriminate against any client based on protected characteristics; or engage in any conduct that could harm clients or damage the reputation of INEEDAVENDOR.COM™.

INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ reserves the right to remove any event planner whose conduct is deemed unprofessional, harmful, or in violation of this Agreement.

You represent and warrant that your event planning business complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required business licenses, permits, and professional liability insurance.

INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ strongly recommends that all event planners carry appropriate professional liability (errors and omissions) insurance. INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ shall not be liable for any claims arising from your failure to maintain adequate insurance coverage.

INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ is a directory platform only and is not a party to any agreement between you and your clients. All contracts, payment arrangements, and service agreements are solely between you and your clients.

You are responsible for establishing clear written agreements with your clients that define the scope of services, fees, cancellation policies, and other terms. INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ shall not be liable for any disputes arising from your client relationships.

As an event planner, you may work with vendors listed on the INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ platform. INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any vendor's goods or services.

You are responsible for independently vetting any vendors you engage for your clients' events. INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ shall not be liable for any issues arising from your relationships with vendors.

By submitting content to the Platform (including your bio, portfolio photos, logos, and other materials), you grant INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit, and that such content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may request removal of your listing by contacting us at Contact@ineedavendor.com. INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ may remove your listing at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this Agreement or changes to Platform policies.

Upon termination, your profile will be removed from the Platform. Sections of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ provides the Platform on an "AS IS" basis and makes no warranties regarding the number of client inquiries or bookings you will receive through the Platform.
