Eligibility
To register as a vendor on INEEDAVENDOR.COM™, you must be at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements, and operate a legitimate business, service, or trade that complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ reserves the right to approve or reject any vendor application at its sole discretion.
Vendor Listings
Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all information provided in their listing — including business name, category, contact details, service area, and description — is accurate, current, and not misleading.
INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ reserves the right to edit, suspend, or remove any listing that violates these terms, contains false or misleading information, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.
Vendor Conduct
Vendors agree to conduct themselves professionally in all interactions with customers, event planners, and the INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ team. Harassment, fraud, misrepresentation, or any unlawful conduct is grounds for immediate removal from the Platform.
Vendors may not use the Platform to solicit customers for services outside the Platform in a manner intended to circumvent INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ or its business model.
Fees & Membership
Basic vendor listings on INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ are currently offered free of charge. INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ reserves the right to introduce paid tiers, premium features, or subscription plans in the future with reasonable advance notice to existing vendors.
Any fees associated with premium features will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase.
Intellectual Property
By submitting content to the Platform (including business descriptions, photos, and other materials), vendors grant INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.
Vendors retain ownership of their submitted content and may request removal at any time by contacting contact@ineedavendor.com.
Termination
INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ may suspend or terminate a vendor's access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if the vendor violates these Vendor Terms or the general Terms of Use.
Vendors may request removal of their listing at any time by contacting contact@ineedavendor.com.
Disclaimer
INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ is a marketplace platform and does not guarantee any specific number of leads, bookings, or revenue for vendors. Results will vary based on vendor category, location, listing quality, and market demand.
INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ is not responsible for disputes between vendors and customers. Vendors are solely responsible for the quality of their services and compliance with applicable laws.
