INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ is a national vendor marketplace directory that connects vendors, event planners, and customers across the United States. The Platform allows vendors and event planners to list their businesses and services, and allows customers to search for and connect with local vendors.

INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ is a directory and marketplace platform only. We do not provide, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any goods or services offered by vendors or event planners listed on the Platform.

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

Vendors and event planners who register on the Platform agree to: provide accurate and truthful information about their business and services; maintain current and up-to-date listings; comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations; hold all required licenses, permits, and insurance; and conduct themselves professionally in all interactions with customers.

INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any vendor or event planner listing at its sole discretion, with or without notice.

You agree not to: use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws; submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; impersonate any person or entity; interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its servers; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform; use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform; or engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your access to the Platform and may be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of INEEDAVENDOR.COM™. Our trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of INEEDAVENDOR.COM™.

By submitting content to the Platform (including business descriptions, photos, and other materials), you grant INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and applicable state law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of competent jurisdiction.
