Customer Agreement

INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ is a directory and referral platform only. We connect customers with independent vendors and event planners. We are NOT a vendor, service provider, or party to any transaction between you and any vendor. We do not perform, guarantee, or endorse any services listed on this Platform.

Vendor and event planner listings are submitted by independent third parties. INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ does not verify, warrant, or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, reliability, or performance of any vendor's services.

A "Verified" badge on a vendor's profile only indicates that our team reviewed submitted documents — it is not a guarantee of credentials, insurance, or service quality.

Any decision to contact, hire, contract with, or otherwise use the services of a vendor found through INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ is made solely and exclusively by the Customer. INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ does not recommend, refer, or endorse any specific vendor, and the Customer's choice to hire any vendor is their own independent decision.

By using this Platform, the Customer fully releases, waives, and discharges INEEDAVENDOR.COM™, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and partners from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) of any kind arising out of or related to:

(a) The Customer's decision to hire any vendor or event planner;

(b) The quality, performance, or failure of any vendor's services;

(c) Any dispute, injury, damage, or loss resulting from the Customer's use of any vendor's services;

(d) Any contract, agreement, or payment made between the Customer and any vendor;

(e) Any misrepresentation, fraud, or negligence by any vendor found through this Platform.

The Customer agrees that INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ shall have no liability whatsoever for the consequences of their decision to hire or not hire any vendor. The Customer assumes full and sole responsibility for all outcomes resulting from their hiring decisions.

As a Customer, you are solely responsible for:

(a) Vetting vendors before hiring — checking references, licenses, insurance, reviews, and suitability for your needs;

(b) Negotiating terms — including pricing, scope of work, timelines, deliverables, and payment schedules;

(c) All payments made directly to vendors — INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ does not process, hold, or guarantee any payments between you and a vendor;

(d) Dispute resolution — any dispute, claim, or disagreement is strictly between you and the vendor.

INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ is not responsible for any acts, omissions, errors, misrepresentations, fraud, negligence, property damage, personal injury, or misconduct of any vendor or event planner found through this Platform. The Customer hires a vendor at their own risk, and INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ shall be held harmless from any and all consequences of that decision.

When submitting a request, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your needs, including event type, date, budget, location, and contact details. You authorize INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ to share your request with vendors and event planners who match your criteria.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your contact information is shared with matched vendors solely for the purpose of fulfilling your request.

Submitting a request through "I Need a Vendor" does not obligate you to hire any vendor. You are free to compare quotes, decline offers, or choose a vendor outside of this Platform. Similarly, vendors are not obligated to accept your request.

INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ is not responsible for any decision the Customer makes regarding the hiring or non-hiring of any vendor.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless INEEDAVENDOR.COM™, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your decision to hire any vendor, or your interactions with any vendor found through it.

We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration to the fullest extent permitted by law.
