Eligibility
To register as an event planner on INEEDAVENDOR.COM™, you must be at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements, and operate a legitimate event planning business or service that complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ reserves the right to approve or reject any event planner application at its sole discretion.
Profile Accuracy
Event planners are responsible for ensuring that all information provided in their profile — including business name, contact details, service area, specialties, and description — is accurate, current, and not misleading.
INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ reserves the right to edit, suspend, or remove any profile that violates these terms, contains false or misleading information, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.
Professional Conduct
Event planners agree to conduct themselves professionally in all interactions with customers, vendors, and the INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ team. Harassment, fraud, misrepresentation, or any unlawful conduct is grounds for immediate removal from the Platform.
Event planners may not use the Platform to solicit clients for services outside the Platform in a manner intended to circumvent INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ or its business model.
Vendor Relationships
Event planners who connect with vendors through INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ are solely responsible for vetting, contracting, and managing those vendor relationships. INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ is not a party to any agreement between event planners and vendors.
INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ does not guarantee the availability, quality, or performance of any vendor listed on the Platform. Event planners assume all risk associated with vendor selection and engagement.
Fees & Membership
Basic event planner listings on INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ are currently offered free of charge. INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ reserves the right to introduce paid tiers, premium features, or subscription plans in the future with reasonable advance notice to existing planners.
Any fees associated with premium features will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase.
Intellectual Property
By submitting content to the Platform (including business descriptions, photos, and other materials), event planners grant INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.
Event planners retain ownership of their submitted content and may request removal at any time by contacting contact@ineedavendor.com.
Client Confidentiality
Event planners agree to maintain the confidentiality of any client information obtained through the Platform and to use such information solely for the purpose of providing event planning services.
Event planners may not sell, share, or otherwise disclose client information obtained through the Platform to any third party without the express written consent of the client.
Termination
INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ may suspend or terminate an event planner's access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if the planner violates these Planner Terms or the general Terms of Use.
Event planners may request removal of their profile at any time by contacting contact@ineedavendor.com.
Disclaimer
INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ is a marketplace platform and does not guarantee any specific number of leads, bookings, or revenue for event planners. Results will vary based on specialty, location, profile quality, and market demand.
INEEDAVENDOR.COM™ is not responsible for disputes between event planners, vendors, or clients. Event planners are solely responsible for the quality of their services and compliance with applicable laws.
